About Carolina

I trained as a General Health Psychologist (*Psicóloga General Sanitaria*), specialising in Psychoanalysis and Perinatal Mental Health. I also completed a Master's in High Ability and Human Talent Development at the University of Valencia.

I have always enjoyed walking alongside people and helping them alchemise pain and transform it into a resilient experience. I find the processes of personal exploration fascinating, especially the discovery of the diamond we each carry within us, which we call potential, and which lights up each time we connect with it.

Over the course of my own journey, I have learned new tools that I integrate into my therapeutic work. They help my clients reconnect with their purpose, heal their wounds and make decisions with awareness.
