About Sofía

I am a General Health Psychologist (Psicóloga General Sanitaria) and I support adults, children and adolescents through their therapeutic processes in private practice, working with various centres as well as independently.

I combine clinical practice with delivering training courses and workshops in the Sierra Norte de Madrid, bringing psychology to different settings and groups.

I work from an integrative approach, which allows me to tailor each intervention to the person in front of me, taking into account their history, their context and where they are in their life.❤️
