My name is Sofía Gutiérrez. I am a Health Psychologist (Colegiate No. M-39194), specialising in Trauma and EMDR, and I am also a Gestalt Art Therapist. I take an integrative approach, drawing on my training and experience across different fields. I work from a person-centred perspective, adapting to each person's individual differences. I understand trauma and symptoms as a driving force for change, and I combine different techniques according to the needs of the person in front of me.
